The first Sat’s Oil edition created for a Bitcoin meetup. At Bitcoin Colosseum in Rome, I met the Bitcoin community in person for the first time. That experience inspired this 3L Limited Edition, produced in only 21 pieces. The oil comes from our small family olive grove in the Sicani Mountains, Sicily. And Rome, after all, has quite a long history with olive oil. The Romans used it not only for cooking, but as part of everyday life, from body care to lighting, while olive oil was traded throughout the Mediterranean. A little curiosity: Monte Testaccio in Rome is largely made of fragments of millions of amphorae, many of which were used to transport olive oil from Spain to Rome.
